In the past, we have sponsored
playwriting workshops during the runs of Haiku
and Dance
with Me, led by award-winning playwrights Katherine Snodgrass and Jean
Reynolds.
Our 1997 presentation of French Quarter Quartet - An Evening with
Tennessee Williams blended biography and theater to explore the early short plays and personal evolution of playwright Tennessee Williams. During the run of 1999's
Kindertransport, we hosted a panel discussion with local area
Kindertransport survivors. We have also sponsored several acting and
movement workshops.
